Welcome to "Sapphire Building and Pest Inspections" (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We provide pre-purchase, pre-settlement, construction stage, pest, and related property inspection services (“Services”). Each service is carried out by a qualified inspector, and a written report is provided as outlined in the service description.
2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed.
We use secure third-party providers (such as Stripe) for online payments.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Inspections may be rescheduled subject to availability.
4. Reports & Limitations
Reports are prepared with reasonable care and skill, based on a visual inspection of accessible areas at the time of service.
Reports do not guarantee the absence of issues and are not a substitute for specialist advice (e.g., structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, or pest control beyond a visual inspection).
The report is provided solely for the client who booked the inspection and cannot be transferred or relied on by third parties without written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
You must ensure inspectors have safe and reasonable access to the property.
You are responsible for providing accurate property details and any relevant information.
Any issues arising after the inspection date are not covered by the report.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service provided.
We are not responsible for hidden defects, inaccessible areas, or future damage occurring after the inspection.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., hacking, scraping, spamming).
Content on this site (including text, images, and logos) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].
